Briefly describe the history of the museum, its collection and donors.
The Urusvati Museum of Folklore is located in the midst of wheat farms. The museum has widely covered seven northern and central states-Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar. The permanent display in the museum gallery presents folklore in narrative form. There are numerous wall hangings, paintings, dioramas, handicrafts, sculptures, and pottery adorning the walls of the museum. Upon visiting this museum, one can view a painting of Bahadur Shah Zafar's wife on the wall, which is displayed amidst beautiful phulkari dupattas.
