Briefly describe the history of the museum, its collection and donors.
Birla Industrial and Technological Museum has 12 galleries with interactive installations for children to learn about physics, biotechnology, metals, electricity, life science, mathematics, popular science, television, transport, and motive power. Apart from the display, the museum offers extensive shows for children. Some of the highlights here are an underground mock-up cold mine, transport gallery with a life-size model of a train engine, and the popular science gallery for its interactive science installations.
