Key Responsibilities:
• Sales, sales management and business development
• handling daily administrative duties at the gallery
• liaising with artists
• collection management, packaging & logistics of the artworks
• overseeing the exhibition set-up & installation process
• programming of events
• organising/facilitating workshops & other outreach programmes
• preparation of marketing literature
• managing the social media outreach
• curatorial assistance
• MIS reporting etc.
Key Qualifications/Skills:
• Passion/interest/experience in Art. Education in Art preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientation
• Professionalism, positivity and a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be adept at MS Office/Photoshop/ CorelDraw.
• Prior experience of working with an art gallery/cultural organization/luxury sector is preferred
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement
Working Hours:
As the Gallery is located inside the Airport, the gallery works for extended hours. Candidates should be
willing to work in shifts as below:
• 6am – 3pm & 12pm-9pm, 6 days a week
• Shift rotates every two weeks
Annual Compensation:
• INR 180,000 – 240,000 per annum plus incentives
